And when 10 will be getting the right patchs and eventually the issue will be sorted - hopefully soon - you will be on win 8.1 and you might end up wanting to upgrade again)Ģ- Otherwise if its not urgent upgrade from Windows 10 Home BUT stick with Windows 10 Pro (since patches to fix those bugs will eventually be released sometimes) I would personally try this one out and only go for Option 1 if everything else failsįor installation issues first install all W10 Pro updates and available patches including Microsoft Visual C++ the latest version to date can be found HERE (This one is manual). Then Download and install the software from Autodesk Virtual Agent So you might end up accepting the fact that you will not be using certain Add-ins or Extenssions for a short whileġ- Your best call would be downgrading Windows 10 Pro to 8.1 - Best to avoid the current complications/bugs (But downside this would mean a new windows license to go from Home to Pro. Starting from installation all the way to certain functionalities and add-ins which till date seem not to function properly with windows 10. Windows 10 home or Pro are both (so far) not supported and both are still going to have minor issues during and after installation (for the time being till MS and AD issue the proper fixes).
